After you land at Abeid Amani Karume International Airport, you will be picked and taken to the accommodation in stone town for the first night. You will have an evening sunset dhow cruise. Later return to the hotel and you can choose to pass by Forothani market to see the trade by night. It is advised against buying and eating any of the food there.
After your breakfast, you will heead out for spice farm to get a chance to learn about spice farming in Zanzibar and get to know about different trees, There are also fruits. You will then go back to stonetown for the tour and learn a little history about the town including the slave trade history. Afterwards you will go to Nungwi beach for the ultimate beach experience. Check in and relaxation.
Spend the whole day out in the sea. Have an early morning departure and head out to the sea where you will meet with other people for a shared boat. This is to make the whole experience fun but a private boat can also be arranged. Get to visit the Rock island and swim in the lagoon once the tides are high enough. Today you will get a chance to snorkel out in the sea. Return to your accommodation in the evening for dinner and overnight. Spend the evening at leisure
You get a free day to just spend at leisure lazying around. You have an opportunity to sleep in more, enjoy the beach and even the swimming pool as you enjoy the breexe of the sea.
After your breakfast, check out of your accommodation and drive to the airport to either catch a flight back home or go to your next destination. This will be a vactaion well spent without too much activity but just enough to give you a taste of Zanzibar.
